there are spare places.
Join the group for the morning lecture and tastings on days 2 and 3, and the lecture and food and wine matching lunch on day 4.
Contact Le Choisel for

From the novice to the devotee, our tailor-made wine courses have something to suit every palate. Over four days/three nights we will explore everything from tasting techniques to how to read the wine label, from how wine is made to blending your own style, champagne and sparkling to quality assessment and blind tasting, and not forgetting food and wine matching.
Your tutor for the course will be Caroline Murphy who holds the prestigious Wine and Spirit Education Trust Diploma as well as a wealth of knowledge gained from over thirty years in the international wine industry both in the retail and
education sectors.
Each day she will deliver a series of interactive
lectures and tastings on a variety of aspects, and
with a maximum group size of 8 people (over 18s
only) you are assured of individual attention.
Come as a group or mix with like-minded
enthusiasts who share your interest. This is also a
popular package for business or staff incentives.
Your visit can, of course, be extended subject to
room availability; see B&B rates for additional cost.
Course participants will be asked to complete a
brief questionnaire prior to arrival to ascertain their
particular areas of interest.

Please note: all tuition will be in English.

Price includes: 3 nights’ accommodation, 3
